The United States House Committee on Armed Services and Foreign Affairs, also known as the House ASFA Committee, is one of the 6 standing committees of the United States House of Representatives.

Jurisdiction

The Rules of the 117th House of Representatives states that the committee is responsible for "oversight of the Department of Defense, the United States Armed Forces, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Veterans Affairs; and affairs pertaining to the United States Military, the wellbeing and condition of veterans, the foreign affairs of the United States, and treaties and declarations of force."

This committee is also responsible for appropriations for the Department of Defense and the Department of State.
