Fremont's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Fremont. Located in the western ends of the state, the district includes the former states of Alaska and Hawaii.
Principal cities include: Honolulu, Anchorage and Hilo.
The district is currently represented by Democrat JayArrrGee.
The district has the distinction of being the smallest Congressional district in the United States by population. It is also the only Congressional district in which no part in itself is contained within the Contiguous United States.
