SELDOM237 is an American politician serving as the 46th Vice President of the United States. She is the United States' first female vice president, the highest-ranking female official in U.S. history. She was selected by NinjjaDragon to serve as his running mate in the January 2021 United States presidential election, and became the first female Vice President in United States history, and the first Vice President from the newly formed Great State of Dixie. During the next Presidential election cycle, Seldom237 briefly ran a campaign for the Republican nomination, but would ultimately lose the Presidential primary race to Dixie's Senator, Adith_MUSG, who would go on to win the general election. After suspending her campaign for President, Seldom237 announced a new campaign for Dixie's Senatorial office, then held by JohnGRobertsJr. Seldom237 would go on to lose that race as well, by a margin of less than one percentage point. Her next race came in the form of the Dixie Governor's election, pitting Seldom237 against incumbent Governor Tripplyons18. Seldom drew noted contrasts between herself and the liberal Governor, including taking a hard line to be anti-socialist and pro-America, and pledged to be stronger on the border and crime. However, she would once again lose by less than one percentage point in the final count. The latter race was met with calls from the populace of voter fraud and possible ballot tampering, although Seldom237 has disavowed these claims and accepted the results of the election, however, she has taken a harder stance on voter fraud and ballot protection, authoring and submitting the PREPARE Act, (Protecting the Right for Everyone to Participate in Accurate and Respectable Elections Act) for the Dixie State Assembly's consideration. After a brief respite from the public scene, Seldom237 returned to politics to fight a wave of Democratic elections and policies in Dixie. In the first election cycle of 2022, Seldom237 ran unopposed for the DX-1 House of Representatives seat, and won. Seldom237 would go on to become the House Minority Leader.

Within the Republican Party itself, Seldom237 has held several important positions, including having been the chairwoman of two different caucuses, first the Liberty Caucus, followed much later by the Paternalist Caucus. Seldom237 was appointed to the position of GOP Vice Chair, where she would go on to spend several months in the party executive. Following the resignation of Chairman Melp8836, Seldom237 became Chairwoman of the Republican Party, and held the post for roughly one and half terms. Declining to run for a second full term, Seldom237 accepted a position on the Republican National Committee. Seldom237 would go on to found the Paternalist Caucus, a values based caucus, and as Caucus Chairwoman, once again held a post on the Republican National Committee.

A member of the Republican Party, Seldom graduated from the University of Texas at Austin before entering politics. She is the founder and current owner of "The Liberty Press" newspaper service, as well as the founder and former Chairwoman of the American Liberties and Families Union (ALFU), a private advocacy group mainly focused on family values, education, and conservative criminal justice reform.

Political Positions

Seldom237 was originally one of the most libertarian politicians in modern American politics, with several noted speeches calling out government overreach in both domestic and foreign affairs. She's called for rolling back several kinds of taxation, including the estate tax and payroll tax, as well as cutting the budget in several areas. On foreign policy, it was noted that Seldom237 had been a consistent advocate for Taiwanese interests, including authoring the Taiwan Relations and Defense Act, which would give a defensive guarantee to Taiwan, should they fall under attack by the mainland government.

Following the end of her Vice Presidential term, and especially during her race for Dixie Governor, Seldom237 took stances closer to that of more compassionate and traditional conservatives, including pushing for further promotion of patriotism in the radio industry. It was during this Governor's race that within the Republican Party itself, Seldom237 left the Liberty Caucus and founded the new Paternalist Caucus of the Republican Party, a caucus focused more on values and
