The Party of Abraham Lincoln, Dwight D Eisenhower, and Ronald Reagan, the Republican Party, or “GOP”, standing for Grand Old Party, is the right-leaning alternative to the Democrats, generally being the more conservative option of America’s two leading parties. The Republican Party is seen by most Americans as the party of strong morals and religious values, a strong national defense, less economic regulations, and generally returning power to the states, although it should be noted that not all Republicans support this.
The executive leadership of the Republican Party is divided into three parts, the Chair, Vice Chair, and the Chief Whip. The current Chairman of the Party is Gunnz011, a former Senator and libertarian from the Atlantic Commonwealth. The current Vice Chair is Seldom237, the former leader of the Paternalist Caucus and current House Minority Leader from the Great State of Dixie. The current Chief Whip is MyHouseIsOnFire (Static/Jason), another libertarian and former Governor of the Atlantic Commonwealth.
While generally Republicans believe in at least some measure of the policies listed above, (values, morality, national defense, ect), the Republican Party also has a number of caucuses, in order to better organize the various political ideologies. (Keep in mind these ideologies are heavily generalized)

Neocon - The Neocons, or American Neoconservatives such as IcyHelicopter and Melp8836 are Republicans who believe in two critical policies above most others. A strong free market/capitalist economy, including generally rolling back economic regulations, combined with a more interventionist foreign policy. Proponents of Neo-conservatism often resist calls for reduced military spending. A major proponent of American Neo-conservatism could be seen as George H. W. Bush.
Liberty - The Liberty Caucus is a caucus that could be compared to the old Libertarian Party, in that most of its members are some form of libertarian. Generally speaking, the members of the Liberty Caucus, such as Greylat and Cube, believe in rolling back government regulations and laws in all sectors, and cutting government spending in most, if not all, areas including national defense. The members of this caucus generally believe in eliminating or heavily changing the current system of taxation. Past proponents of this ideology are Justin Amash and Ron Paul.
Moderate - The Moderate Caucus is exactly what it sounds like, moderates. People who don’t believe in expanding the power and scale of the military, but who don’t think that spending should be cut, for example. The Tuesday Group has been used to exemplify their policies, although it should be noted that the Moderate Caucus is probably the most diverse when it comes to the ideologies of its members. Proponents of this ideology include Nikki Haley.
Patriot - The Patriot Caucus is made up of the newer branch of the Republican Party, the group that arose after the Presidency of Donald Trump. A unique form of American Populism, the Patriot Caucus is focused on bringing jobs home from overseas, strong border protection, particularly in the form of a wall, and lowering taxes at home, although they do support tariffs. The Patriot Caucus, as its name suggests, is incredibly patriotic, and generally supports promoting the American image, though not in the form of interventionism. Proponents of this ideology include Donald Trump and Josh Hawley.
Paternalist - The Paternalist Caucus is the newest caucus of the Republican Party, founded by Seldom237 and Model_Ico. Made up of members from several of the other caucuses, the Paternalist's main focus is the decline in American values. The party generally supports strong family values, law and order, a free market place, and resurrecting national pride. Many members of this caucus also tend to promote religious values and support Pro-Life causes. One proponent of this ideology could be seen as Mike Pence.
No Caucus - The people without any official caucus. They are not unified by any one ideology. Notable members include _MyHouseIsOnFire_ and Skra.
