Madison (also known as based_madi or Madi) is an American politician who previously served as a list-representative for Dixie's 2nd congressional district, replacing MrWhiteyIsAwesome after his temporary ban from the simulation.
Political Ideology
Madison has stated recently that she is an avid supporter of Donald Trump, but not-so-recently she has stated that she does not agree with Donald Trump's policies. Despite being a transsexual woman, Madison has also claimed to believe in social conservatism, with MrWhiteyIsAwesome being her influence on the topic. A consistent viewpoint that Madison holds is Transmedicalism, and has been subject of many criticisms by Democrats. As far as economic policy goes, Madison believes in general free markets with little government regulation, while also believing in a good welfare state made to "help those who have difficulty with finding work." and to "care for those with mental health needs."
Personal Life
Madison was born as a dual US-Canadian citizen in Chicago, USA, to a Canadian mother and an American father. She had been moved to a rural area in Southeast Tennessee, where she went to school. She grew up as a strong believer in conservative values as a child, which sparked her interest into politics. She has also suffered from psychological issues as a child, leading to multiple psychiatric hospitalizations. Starting at the age of 14, she has been undergoing hormone replacement therapy in order to transition from being assigned male at birth. Madison became a registered Republican on December 10th, 2020.
