ImNotGoodAtNaming, commonly known as ingan, is an American politican who has served as the United States representative for Atlantic's 1st congressional district since May 2021. He is a member of the Democratic Party, and is serving as the current Chair of the Atlantic Democratic Socialist Party. He was a member of the Atlantic Assembly from January 2021 to May 2021, serving as Speaker from March 2021 to May 2021.

Early Life, Education, and Career
ImNotGoodAtNaming was born in Boston, Atlantic, an only child to a doctor and a professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston. He graduated from Boston Latin Academy and received a scholarship to Boston University, where he graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international relations. After graduating, he went to Harvard University and earned a master's degree in public policy in 2003.
Following his education, ImNotGoodAtNaming briefly worked in the private sector, before becoming active in the Massachusetts Democratic Party from 2006 onwards. He offered occasional policy advice to State Senators and State Representatives and was, on occasion, a chief staffer to various State-level officials.
Assemblyman From Massachusetts
Following his career as staffer, ImNotGoodAtNaming won a seat in the newly-formed Atlantic Assembly in January of 2021. During his first term, he wrote a number of police reform bills, including the 2021 Police Review Act, the No More No Knock Warrants Act, and the Police Demilitarization Act. He was also the author behind the Public University Tuition and Student Debt Cancellation Act, an act that made public university free for all and cancelled over $250 billion in Atlantic student loan debt.
Speaker of the Atlantic Assembly
In the March 2021 Atlantic Assembly election, ImNotGoodAtNaming retained his seat in the Assembly and was later elected Speaker of the Atlantic Assembly.

On April 20, 2021, then Atlantic Speaker ImNotGoodAtNaming announced a bid for Atlantic's First District.

Chair of the Atlantic Democratic Socialist Party
Following the resignation of previous Chair President_Dewey, ImNotGoodAtNaming was named the new Chair. As Chair, he defended the Democratic majority in the March 2021 Atlantic Assembly election, but failed to expand the majority to a veto-proof one, to counter Republican Governor MyHouseIsOnFire's veto. In the May 2021 midterm elections, as Chair, he campaigned on behalf of Democratic candidates for Senate and all three congressional districts. With the exception of Atlantic's third congressional district, all federal seats up for election were won by the Atlantic Democratic Socialist Party.
On May 30th, 2021, he resigned as Chair and was replaced by Speaker Samd1ggitydog.
ImNotGoodAtNaming is a progressive Democrat.
ImNotGoodAtNaming has proposed a wide swath of police reform bills to the Atlantic Assembly, and has voted affirmative on all piece of police reform legislation that have passed through the Assembly.
ImNotGoodAtNaming is in favor of marijuana legalization, authoring the Marihuana Justice Act.
